1 Pate
Chicken liver pate made w/fresh thyme and cognac, served with crostini
2 Moules Frites
Mussels steamed in white wine, parsley and butter, served with baked fries
3 Asparagus
Sauteed and served with lemon butter sauce
4 Vol-Au-Vent
Puff pastry filled w/ a creamy chicken and mushroom stew
5 Belgian Waffel
w/ syrup, whipped cream and strawberries
