We are inviting Miles Odell, a classicaly trained chef who currently works in New York, to take over our kitchen at Eight-Foot Brewing. He will pair traditional Japanese fare with our beer.

About the event
Miles graduated from the International Culinary Center in NYC, he was the former chef at Nobu and Masa restaurants. Recently, he studied Japanese cuisine at Gion Sasaki in Kyoto, a two star Michelin restaurant. He is an ambassador for Japanese cuisine all over the Nation.
