We are closed. Unfortunately, after spending 2 years looking for, doing due diligence, and finally purchasing a building in which to expand, we faced significant push back from the city of Cape Coral. Even though we did all of our due diligence, including pre-app meetings with the city and fire-walkthroughs, the city of Cape Coral made it impossible for us to move forward. They were requiring things above and beyond code requirements and interpretations of the code that were unique to us and not required of other similar businesses that had recently opened in the area. These additional requirements made it impossible for us to open and after 2 years of fighting, we had to give and closed at the end of 2024. Since then, the city has continued to make it incredible difficult for other tenants in the building to operate their businesses. We fought for years to be included in the many Cape Coral events; Red, White, & Boom, Bike Night, Cape Coral Beerfest (we found out about this via Insta ad targeting us - as CC's last downtown brewery, you'd think they would want to include us - seems like someone may be paying them not to).

Our architect presented 10 other building plans that were approved and completed that weren't required to do the same things (above and beyond code requirements) that we were.

We are a small-batch brewery dedicated to producing high-quality beer and fermented beverages. We want to provide Cape Coral a community-centric location to learn, share, and create.
